Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom size and made-to-order carpets are also returnable, subject to the same conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by CarpetRoom.
  • Customers are requested to pack the product securely to avoid any damage during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.
