1. Products & Orders

• All carpets are handmade and may have slight variations in size, color, or pattern — this is the beauty of handcrafted items.
• Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
• Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but may vary due to location, weather, or courier issues.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
• Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.
